What is the difference between "Open Workshop" courses and "In-House" courses?

"Open Workshop" training courses/workshops/programmes are organized at various locations arranged by MARS Training & Solutions. "Open Workshop" means that attendees from various companies may register. The training dates for Open training courses/workshops/programmes are fixed and advertised on MARS Training & Solutions web site www.marstraining.in

I could not understand some of the topics well. Will I get some help on those Module/Topics again? If yes will there be a charge for that?

You can clear your query post training on the same day or at the end of training program. You can get support post training by email(contactus@marstraining.in) as well. There will be no charge for it.

Is it possible to arrange training program at our premises

Yes, you can.

Please confirm if your office is open on weekends?

The administrative and sales staff works on weekdays (Monday - Friday). Training Team and Operation team are available on all days.

Can I get the courseware in advance before start of training?

Yes, after you have paid the booking amount (which will be non–refundable in this case). Booking amount depends on the technology selected.

What are the standard timings for training session?

Training timings are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.This timing is flexible as per client working schedule.

How can I make the payment?

You can send the deposit by any of the following methods:-

Using Online Payment Gateway of MARS
Credit card | Bank Transfer | Demand Draft | Cash | Paytm
Purchase Order (in case of Corporates / Government).

Can we get customized training?

We provide customized training as per client requirement.

Where are your training centres available?

Our training centres are available in Mumbai & Kolkata but we have tie up with well-equipped training venues in PAN India basis.

Can I pay the fee in instalments?

We do not have facility to pay in instalments.

Will I get Certificate after completion of training program?

Yes, we provide Certificate of Participation based on client demand.

Can I get Course Handouts before training Program?

Yes, you can get after paying Registration/Training Fee.

What happens if I miss my training date, do I have any options?

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 10 (ten) working days before the event, or in the case of absence without prior notice, the course training fee will be forfeited without notice. .
