The Ebook & Add-Ins you purchase from our website marstraining.in are not eligible for return and refund unless they do not perform as described, you may return it for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund will be granted within 10 days from the requested date of return.

When a refund is granted, we’ll remove access to the Ebook/Add-Ins. To submit a refund request, please mail us at [email protected].

Re-Downloading

If an Ebook/Add-Ins becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can send re-download request to [email protected].

Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.

Re-download link will be provided in the case of download failure due to technical glitch sometimes. In this case you need to send an e-mail to contact us at marstraining.in.
